Privacy Policy — My Memories

My Memories ("we", "our", "the app") is a memory companion app built by Triton Teknoloji for people with memory difficulties and their caregivers. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Content you add: photos and details you save as "memories" (title, description, category, who the memory is about, dates), and reminders you create (title, message, schedule).
• Device information: a push-notification token used to deliver reminder notifications to your device.

How we use this information

• To operate your account (sign-in, sync your memories and reminders across sessions).
• To deliver reminder notifications at the times you schedule.
• To generate the optional "Memory Time" activities, built only from your own saved memories — nothing is ever invented or pulled from another user's data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Where your data is stored

Your account data and photos are stored on servers operated by Triton Teknoloji. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). Subscription purchases, if any, are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat — we do not receive or store your payment card details.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete any memory or reminder at any time from within the app.
• You can delete your entire account and all associated data — see Delete Account for instructions.

Children's privacy

My Memories is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
