Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your My Memories account and all associated data directly from within the app:

  1. Open My Memories and sign in.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This is permanent. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your profile, all saved memories and photos, all reminders, and any linked trusted-person connections. This cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
